APPLI New Website – Information for Chapters and Affiliates
As you are aware, APPLI has started to publish its new website in parts. This new website can be found
on Internet at www.africanprojectsforpeace.org. The website includes a section in which I would like to
feature some relevant information all chapters, affiliates and clubs: their leaders, membership strength,
ministries, and other contact information. At least one page length will be allocated to each chapter,
affiliate or club. However, individual members who wish to have a private link to the APPLI website directly
or through his or her chapter are welcome to do so. A minimum Internet maintenance and hosting fee
might be charged by APPLI for offset its Web hosting expenses.
The following information will be required:
A. For chapters/affiliates/clubs
i. Names and locations (contact addresses)
ii. Type of association, date formed, membership strength
iii. Spiritual leaders/coordinators/chairpersons/working committees
iv. Group pictures, slogans, etc.
v. A summary of historic, contemporary and future contributions made directly or indirectly to APPLI
and its grassroots proactive peace efforts
vi. Calendar of your important events
B. Personal (individuals/groups)
i. A brief bio; personal or group picture
ii. A link to your homepage, if any
iii. A personal or group picture
iv. List of literary work with links created to them
v. Any advertisement
vi. Signed authorization to publish your information on our website
Please note that all the above information will be monitored on constant basis for statistical survey and
growth reporting purposes. Articles are welcome from individuals and groups. Editorially approved articles
will feature whenever possible on both our prints and online newsletters as the occasion permits. For
